As an executive coach Ron has a particular interest in the practical application of NLP strategies and the use of Gestalt in coaching. He has authored several development programmes for business, including the innovative RED Programme.

Ron specialises in customer focus and continuous improvement programmes. He led Echelon’s continuous improvement programme for NHS Logistics and has authored a suite of project management tools for learningmatters.com. He is also the architect of the Touch of Class™ methodology which provides organisations with a unique approach to putting customers at the heart of their business.
