Jocelyn has nearly twenty years experience in assessing candidates for senior board roles. She worked for Marks and Spencer in a senior HR role and since entering consulting her clients now extend to include the public and not-for-profit sectors.

She is an experienced non-executive director and an Independent Assessor for the NHS Appointments Commission and for OCPA (Office for the Commissioner for Public Appointments).

Jocelyn has worked closely with the Echelon team on several Board level assignments including an independent Board Review for the Peabody Trust.
