Jenny has been closely involved with healthcare and not-for-profit sectors for over 30 years and is author of Managing Performance by Gower Press and several online publications on the skills of coaching and facilitating at Board level. She is currently a non-executive board member of an NHS Foundation Trust, Trustee of a large Charity and a CIPD Fellow.

Corporate Sector- She has worked with a number of companies to design and deliver the recruitment, assessment and training frameworks that support high reputations and leading edge customer service for example St Pancras International

Public Sector - Jenny has helped a new government agency develop board and director competencies and a suite of assurance tools, has facilitated development processes for numerous boards and has designed a unique candidate selection process for NHS leaders board level posts as well as board review processes.

Jenny is an experienced mentor and coach to diverse business leaders and her experience of designing competency frameworks and associated programme material in all media has been used by organisations such as the Qualification and Curriculum Authority, RSPCA, professional institutes, BUPA and Moat House Hotels.
