Deborah Smith

Deborah was previously Worldwide Director of Organisational and People Development for REZsolutions Inc., a global hotel reservations company and has for the last few years acted as a Business and Executive coach for an extensive portfolio of clients in the private, public and not for profit sectors. Deborah is a qualified Myers Briggs Practitioner and an experienced feedback coach on 360°.

Deborah’s training skills are wide ranging having developed and run programmes on customer care, management skills, project management, coaching, performance improvement and recruitment and selection. Deborah is a qualified teacher in the field of post compulsory education.

She has been closely involved on Echelon programmes with the Food Standards Agency, Westminster Council, Moat House Hotels, Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council and several NHS Trusts.
