Alison has worked as a Board coach and facilitator for the last twenty years and has also held positions as non-executive chair of a board and charity trustee.

Her sensitive and experienced approach is in demand for facilitating Board and Executive team events for public sector organisations with complex agendas, particularly in managing change involving mergers and downsizing.

Alison is currently working with several charities and ambitious healthcare companies in helping to develop sustainable performance strategies.

She has been closely involved with the Echelon team on programmes with the Food Standards Agency, the NHS and with a Skills Council.
