Ali was Head of Training and Development for BUPA Hospitals responsible for the development strategy for 10,000 staff on 38 sites during a time of exciting organisational change. As a clinical teacher she worked for many years in the NHS and also consulted on workforce design and development for independent treatment centres.

Ali is an experienced, qualified executive coach with a Masters in applied psychology; and has extensive experience of team and individual coaching in the private and public sectors.

With Echelon Ali has been closely associated for several years in programmes with leadership, customer care and communication programmes with the NHS and Local Authorities and in developing competency frameworks for corporate clients.
